About This Project
Led IT governance consulting project for Norrköping Municipality's DigIT department, analyzing their IT investment prioritization and portfolio management processes. Conducted semi-structured interviews with 6 unit managers, created organizational charts, BPMN process maps, and comprehensive problem analysis diagrams. Applied Design Thinking methodologies (Round Robin brainstorming, Affinity Diagramming) to identify challenges and develop solutions. Proposed Community Value Estimation (CVE) framework combining Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Delphi method for objective project prioritization, along with SMARC criteria for benefit realization. Delivered a 4,600-word comprehensive report with actionable recommendations for centralized portfolio management.

Lessons Learned
